Unlike there other Billing/CSR providers who just give you a preset designed software that Companies must adapt to, MODEX adapts to our client's needs. MODEX is an integrated system using multiple modular platforms.

Our primary target businesses are health clubs/gyms, Personal Training Companies and other forms of fitness businesses. Our design allows us to add or subtract different features to suit specific business needs, plus fitness and nutrition platforms if needed. We even use our client's own logo and colors! It will look like your our client's software! Each of our client's will go through a set-up period of approximately 2 weeks where several questions will be asked by their Account Manager and we will customize the system based on their answers to the questions. We can make an adjustment anytime that a need arises.
