The staff can have the best training in the world, but that does not mean they are saying and doing what they have been trained to do. We customized our system with our client's sales presentation and information. We work with our clients to create an integrated CUSTOMIZED Sales Presentation, Contract Writer, Sales Reports and our new concept, the Sales Video System (SVS).

What is SVS? Each sales presentation is recorded on video (based on each states' laws concerning video surveillance), which allows the video to be viewed live or in a recorded format, with 24/7, 365 access at any location in the world! This allows ownership, executives, management to evaluate and coach each salesperson based off real sales presentations, not just sales training. The sales person can even watch themselves and learn from their own mistakes!
How does the SVS work? The video has 4 points of view. At the sales desk, there are 2 monitors with built-in cameras. Monitor #1 is off to the side, tilted towards the salesperson. Monitor #2 is also off to the same side, tilted towards the prospect. Plus, there is third camera strategically located, generally in a ceiling corner, pointed at the sales desk, behind the sales desk. This camera provides an overhead angle, where you can watch body language. The forth point of view, shows the sales presentation, located on the monitor #2, which is the prospect's monitor. These 4 points of views provide 100% coverage of the presentation. It is almost like you are really at the sales desk, except you can pause, rewind, and fast forward the presentation!

There is another HUGE benefit of having the presentation on video, outside of the sales accountability. FRAUD prevention! In the sales world, especially in the fitness industry, about 10-15% of the sales reps are not the most ethical people. These employees will do and say ANTHING or make ANY PROMISE to close a deal. They will lie about cancellation policies, fees, services provided or even scam credit card and bank account numbers! When that happens, 95% of the time, eventually those new clients get upset because what was promised at the POS was not delivered. In today's world, when a customer gets upset with the service of a Company, it can be catastrophic! The customer will go online and write reviews on different websites and roasts the company and social media. Because these online comments can be viewed by hundreds, potentially thousands of people, this can be devastating to businesses, especially small businesses.

How does the SVS prevent fraud? In one word, ACCOUNTABILTY! Each video will be automatically attached to each customer's account. The sales rep will be trained that if they mislead the prospect in anyway, there will be specific consequences based off each individual company's fraud policies. Consequences can involve personal fines, pulled commission, paid cancellation fees, termination and even prosecution to the full extent of the law. Because of these variables of accountability, fraud will be significantly reduced, if not completely eliminated because the salesperson will know, that they will LIGITMATELY be held accountable to ethical sales, not just a bunch of empty threats!
